Black Coffee

Black Coffee (Nkosinathi Maphumulo, b. 1976) is a Grammy-winning South African DJ and producer renowned for pioneering "Afropolitan House"--blending African percussion with electronic music. His 2021 album 'Subconsciously' won Best Dance/Electronic Album. He's collaborated with Drake, Pharrell, Usher, and Alicia Keys, performs 150+ shows yearly with residencies in Ibiza and Las Vegas, and supports South African charities while mentoring entrepreneurs.
