Colin Dale

British DJ and producer. Dale was a friend of DJ/producer [a=Fabio] from childhood, beginning his DJ-ing career whilst working in the banking industry in his native London. His DJ-ing career began as a warm-up DJ for hip hop DJ [a=Tim Westwood] at clubs Gossips and Heaven, as well as working in various record shops such as Mi Price alongside [a=Jazzy M]. He joined Kiss FM in 1986 and hosted the Abstrakt Dance show for many years, playing techno and related styles. He helped set up the Knowledge club in London and was resident there in its infancy, and was tour support DJ for band [a=Jesus Jones]. Dale also promoted the Noire night at the Soundshaft in London where he was also resident DJ alongside his brother [a=Mark Dale], and was also resident DJ at the Vapourspace night in London.
