Enola is the new project of French DJ Matthieu Monnin, who used to be part of techno outfit Noirdegout. As Noirdegout they were discovered by Initial Cuts who released 2 superb Eps, “Late Night Cities” and “A Frog on the Beach”. Now Matthieu is on his own, and he’s found his sound: melodious techno, with strong 90s techno influcences, but with production values of 2011. After collabs with Mobilee rising star RODRIGUE JR for « Words in a bottle EP », the great release of his first album « ALONE » and several remixes for Anoraak, Arno Gonzales, Missive Music ,etc..Enola released new E.P "SLOWMOTION EP"on Correspondant (Jennifer Cardini and Nhar 's imprint) described by Ame as "a haunting new wave inspired vocal track, which fits perfectly into an early set at Panorama Bar" A second shot on Correspondant is coming: "ON THE GROUND EP" , and it's all about sex and dirt! To accompany this release, you will have the chance to see Enola DJ or Live-act at a club near you. Something you’ll never forget: far from mainstream minimal/electro house highways, Enola has a very strong sense of communication with his dancefloor, a powerful and melodious live-act set, a very carefully chosen playlist and an amazing mixing ability as a Dj.
