Gantz

Gantz was a Screamo Hardcore band from Besançon (France), formed in 1998. The last known line-up was composed of four members playing a dark and emotional form of screamo. The crystalline arpeggios that succeed the chaotic moments give rise to similarities with bands such as [a=Isis (6)] and [a=Envy (2)]. The lyrics are very personal, drawn from everyday life and questioning the nature of humanity. Gantz have toured Europe playing shows in France, Belgium, The Netherlands, Switzerland, Germany, Italy, Czech Republic and have played with many groups such as [a=Funeral Diner], [a=Envy (2)], [a=Yage (4)], [a=HK (5)], [a=Raein], [a=Pledge alliance], [a=Amanda Woodward], [a=Isis (6)], [a=Majority Rule], [a=Cave In] to name but a few. They split up in 2006.
