Jazzatron

Jazzatron is a drum & bass / dub project born back in 2005 by Alessandro Raise (producer and drummer) and Fabio Del Galdo (producer). Initially they played live as a quartet (acoustic drums, voice, scratches and laptop) in several national and international clubs and festivals like SUN AND BASS (IT) / OUTLOOK FESTIVAL (HR) / ODDSTREAM FESTIVAL (NL) / IDM (IT) and many more. The first EP "Our First Work" (Creative Commons) released in 2009 on Most Wired Recordings was noticed by the whole drum & bass scene and after that the Turinese duo started several collaborations with national and international labels like: MODULATE RECORDINGS (IT) / LIFESTYLE (UK) / DIRECTOR'S CUT (UK) / LIQUID DROPS (EL) / BREAK-FAST (NL) / FLEXOUT (UK) / SKUTTA (UK) / SUBCULTURE (IT) and many more. In 2014 they received a lot of support from the international drum & bass scene and their tracks were played on some of the most important british and american radios (KANE FM, BASSDRIVE, BBC 1XTRA, MINISTRY OF SOUND RADIO, KISS FM). They are also co-founders of the collective "Jungle Pride" with which they are involved in the organization of several gigs in Turin. In 2015 they are working on some new releases and remixes with different international labels like FOKUZ (NL) / DISSONANCE IMPRINT (US) / LIONDUB INTERNATIONAL.
