La Funk Mob was the project of [a=Hubert Blanc-Francard] AKA [a=Boom Bass] and [a=Philippe Zdar] Cerboneschi. Ultimately, La Funk Mob led to [a=Cassius]. More Hip Hop/Downtempo flavoured, the sound of La Funk Mob, along with [a=The Mighty Bop], [a=Etienne De Crécy] and [a=Dimitri From Paris], really helped to establish 'La French Touch'.
