British duo formed in London in 1990, decided to call it a day in 2002. When they played live in the 1990s they were joined onstage by [a=Adam Wren], [a=Nick Rapaccioli], Mc [a=Cheshire Cat] & [a=Djum Djum]. In 2010 founding member Neil Barnes restarted Leftfield as a live tour including old companions Adam Wren, Cheshire Cat, Djum Djum and [a=Earl Sixteen], and as a DJ artist name, but without Paul Daley. He subsequently released 2 further albums - Alternative Light Source (2015) and This Is What We Do (2022).
