> LOUIS PROUD < 2015 has been the biggest year to date for Louis since he officially started out in music 7 years ago now! January 2015 saw the release on Yousef's Circus Recordings starting to build some serious hype, with FOUR plays on BBC Radio 1! These included on Carl Cox's essential mix (Live from Space Ibiza), Danny Howards Dance Anthems, Pete Tong's essential mix (Guest slot) & Hannah Wants Show! All mixes being played from: Louis Proud Original Mix, Nathan Barato's Remix and Bontan Remix.! There is also a remix from the well established Maher Daniel. This was actually the first time Louis has had one of his releases remixed by an array of massive established & respected worldwide artists! Then he saw his follow up production snapped up by CR2 Records and released early April 2015. Following on from the early success this year, Louis was requested to play at a fair few gigs and submit guest mixes for radio shows, plus many remix requests and interviews to get inside the talented producers mind. This lead onto management companies contacting Louis and realising the fast growing reputation and exposure this year, Louis stepped over into the experienced hands of a management company for the first time in his 7 year music career. ...Oh it don't end there! Toolroom Records then approached Louis for his latest music so to license it on their albums. So more releases will be seen on yet another heavyweight record label within the electronic music scene! Louis has had 4 of his own tracks featured this year on the worldwide dance store leaders, Beatport. Demonstrating his building reputation and how he is turning heads in all areas within the scene with his cool unique house music style. Then Mid-May 2015 US's superstar DJ/Producer 'Roger Sanchez' invited Louis onto his worldwide radio show "Release Yourself", for a few words off Louis & an exclusive guest mix! This will be aired on Roger's radio show in June 2015! Louis's event series in 2014, "Play It Proud" - Packed out its 500 capacity venue EVERY event. Featuring names headlining alongside Louis were; Kry Wolf (Food Music), Copyright (Defected), Marc Spence & JR (UK)! Louis's imprint record labels "Proud Sound Records" & "Proud Runs Deep" have been taken on by a new management/marketing & distribution company too and have seen the following, support & sales go through the roof this year! Louis has built foundations for a few years now, always working hard towards making sure he had a solid base. Well 2014 started to see the overall structure on top of those foundations now taking shape in 2015 and rewarding Louis Proud for all his hard work, dedication & love for music.
