Mali, the alias of sound engineering and music production student Liam Roberts. With 5 years of Djing experience under his belt, playing at clubs in Birmingham such as The Rainbow Venues, Custard Factory (before it closed down), Air Nightclub, HMV Institute and PST alongside a diverse selection of artists such as Annie Mac, Disclosure, Rudimental, Gorgon City, DJ EZ, DJ Craze, Doorly, Claude Von Stroke, Maya Jane Coles, Redlight, Cassy, Bicep, Will Saul, Jack Beats, Sub Focus, Pendulum, Benga, Skream, Toddla T, Alexis Raphael, Foamo, Phaeleh, Marco Del Horno and even Markus Schulz, it is safe to say he moves dance floors wherever. Mali started out playing popular underground student night - Naked Lunch during 2009 at the Rainbow in Birmingham. Going on to launch Seedy Sonics in October 2011. After firmly establishing Seedy Sonics as an event that is not to be missed, the boy has since worked with a diverse selection of club brands such as Face, Annie Mac Presents, Hospitality, DirtyBird, Cream Classics, Eclectricity, Godskitchen, Viva Music, Mixmag presents, 10.31 and 2.31. Combined with 2 summers of djing in Ibiza playing daytime pool parties at Ibiza Rocks, boat parties for Together Ibiza and Ibiza Rocks (W.A.R), a set in the legendary red box room at Space, a set at 2000ft above sea level at Snowbombing in the Austrian mountains, sets at Rise Festival, Shambala Festival and Global Gathering.
