Monika Kruse

Monika Kruse is a pioneering German techno DJ and producer, born July 23, 1971 in West Berlin and raised in Munich. A classically trained pianist, she helped launch Germany's '90s rave scene, organizing events in WWII bomb shelters. She founded the acclaimed Terminal M label in 2000 and charity No Historical Backspin, raising over €100,000 to combat discrimination. With 25+ years in techno, she's a resident at legendary venues and festivals worldwide.
