Danilo Plessow, aka Motor City Drum Ensemble, is a house producer and DJ from Stuttgart, Germany. Known for his eclectic style and technical skill, he started on drums at age 6 and produces under various aliases spanning ambient, broken beat, house, and techno. A vinyl enthusiast with extensive music knowledge, he's released acclaimed compilations for DJ Kicks, Dekmantel, and Fabric, plus remixes for Tony Allen, Caribou, and others.
