Simian Mobile Disco

Simian Mobile Disco is a London-based electronic duo formed in 2005 by James Ford and Jas Shaw. Originally a side project from their band Simian, they've evolved through constant reinvention--from their 2007 debut "Attack Decay Sustain Release" through experimental works like "Unpatterns" and "Whorl." Known for abandoning previous tools and methods, they've recorded live with minimal equipment and collaborated with artists like Beth Ditto and Gruff Rhys while maintaining acclaimed production work.
