Smolny

Smolny was born in Lodz, an industrial city located in central Poland. He was involved with the music scene for over 20 years. At the beginning in the nineties he was fascinated with old school rave and drum’n’bass. In the following years he started to buy first vinyls and collaborate with local record shop Skylark Records. All this things quickly resulted in a residency of iconic club Soda Bar, OIOM and DOM Club. After a few good years of releases on labels such as the Catz ’n Dogz founded PETS or unforgettable hit ‘Turnaround' made it together with SLG for Play It Down, Smolny has started his own imprint called Bourassa Records.
