SMP

[b]SMP[/b] stands for [b]Sounds of Mass Production[/b], and is an American industrial-rock project/band, based in Seattle, Washington. Founded in 1992 (under the short-lived moniker, [i]Synthesia Murder Program[/i]) by musicians [a=Jason Bazinet] and [a=Sean Ivy] ([i]aka [a=Sean Setterberg][/i]), the band has gone through numerous lineup changes, with Bazinet remaining, as the sole constant member and primary songwriter. The current live line-up of SMP is Jason Bazinet, James Ramos, and Rey Guajardo NOTE: Not to be confused with Scott Mitchell Putesky (SMP) of Jack Off Jill, formerly known as Daisy Berkowitz of Marilyn Manson.
